At Your Library: Stress Management Program

Tuesday, June 19th & Tuesday, June 26th from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Stress makes us frustrated, ineffective, unhappy and it can even cause injury. Learn how to improve the ways you currently cope with stress by utilizing self-hypnosis and various "natural" techniques, such as relaxation, breathing, affirming and visualizing.

In this two-part workshop, participants will learn stress management skills in part one and they will return to discuss if they used them and how they worked in part two. Part-two will be held on June 26th

Sponsored by Lowell General Hospital's Center for Community Health and Wellness, in conjunction with the Parker Memorial Library.

Registration is required for both sessions.
