Tewksbury's Adam Donovan lost his first match at 106 (6-4) but then ripped through the consolation bracket with four straight wins to take third place. What's more, he avenged his opening round loss by beating Garrett McNeil of Beverly, 8-6, in the third place bout.
Dracut High's Ty Stewart earned 3rd place at 120, defeating Tewksbury's Jack Callahan, 6-0, in the third place match.
Dracut's Dante Rossetti advanced to the final at 126 and gave top seed Max Leete of Danvers all he could handle, before falling, 7-2.
Brock Desmairis of Dracut had a strong tournament at 132. He rolled to victory in his first three matches before running into a buzzsaw in the person of top-seed Ethan Ford of North Andover in the final. Ford was too strong and scored the pin in 2:53.
Danny Lightfoot of Tewksbury, whom Desmairis had beaten in the semifinals at 132, took third place in the division.
Connor Charron worked hard to take 3rd place at 138. Charron scored a thrilling 7-6 win over Dana Isbell of Reading in the third-place match.
After being pinned in the first round by eventual champion Alexi Echevarria of Beverly, Tewksbury's Anthony Desisto battled back to take 3rd place with tree straight wins in the consolation bracket. Desisto pinned Chad Abboud of Danvers in the third place match.
