DA Ryan Announces Dracut Indictments

Middlesex DA announces the following indictments
WOBURN – Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan has announced the following grand jury indictments handed down between Jan. 17 and April 29 involving incidents that occurred in Dracut:
Erik Burk, 30, of Lowell, was charged with armed assault with intent to rob, assault with intent to rob, and assault and battery causing serious bodily injury. The Assistant District Attorney is Daniel Harren.
Gregory Gagnon, 43, of Billerica, was charged with strangulation, assault with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery on a household or family member (2 counts), witness intimidation (2 counts), assault and battery (2 counts), violating a restraining order, and stalking. The Assistant District Attorney is Suzanne Kontz.
Angel Morales-Kuilan, 29, of Lowell, was charged with armed burglary, unarmed robbery, witness intimidation, vandalism, and assault and battery on a household or family member. The Assistant District Attorney is Emily Jackson.
These charges are allegations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
