GLCF Seeks Proposals For $5,000 Grants From The Women Working Wonders Fund

Greater Lowell Community Foundation

The Women Working Wonders Fund supports programs that empower women and girls to effect positive change in the community. Founded in 2004, and funded by women, the Women Working Wonders Fund awards grants each year to nonprofit organizations whose programs/projects assist girls and women in transition, provide leadership opportunities, and beautify the environment.

This year, the Women Working Wonders Fund will award five (5) grants at $5,000 each to program/projects that impact the lives of women and girls while advancing your organization's mission.

"It has long been a dream of ours to increase our endowment to $1 million and to expand our grants to give more opportunities to women and girls," said Bopha Malone, WWW board president.  "We're proud this year, as we celebrate our 15th anniversary, to have reached our endowment goal and to expand to five grants to help women and and girls in the community fulfill their own dreams and reach their full potential!"
