Dracut Ushers In 2018 Christmas Season With Tree Lighting, Gingerbread Creations

Dracut residents will kick off the 2018 Christmas season this weekend, with a trio of holiday traditions.

Saturday, Dec. 1 

Annual Gingerbread Contest

The Annual Gingerbread Contest will take place at Harmony Hall, 1660 Lakeview Ave., from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Check out some remarkably creative and tasty creations!

Annual Tree Lighting

The Annual Tree Lighting and Santa Claus visit will take place at the Gazebo at the School Complex next to Harmony Hall on Lakeview Avenue. The Tree Lighting is at 6:00 p.m. There will also be entertainment and hot chocolate!

Sunday, Dec. 2

Christmas At The Coburn House, 1660 Lakeview Ave..

Come visit the festively decorated Coburn House, this holiday season! Admission is $10/adult, kids free when accompanied by an adult to tour the 17 room home decorated for the Christmas season. Fun kids' activities as well as raffle tickets for chances to win floral arrangements, crafts, and other goodies are included in the admission price. Additional raffle tickets can be purchased.
