Dracut 6, Lawrence 1

Dracut closed out its regular season and wrapped up an MVC Championship with a 6-1 win over Lawrence.. The Middies end the season at 13-2-3.

Seniors Zack Walton and Matthew Robichaud scored two goals each to lead the Dracut attack. Brendan Davis added a goal and an assist. Guilherme Garcia also scored. The Middies broke open a close game with four goals in the second half.

Dracut 3, Tewksbury 1

Brendan Davis had a pair of goals to lead the Middies over the Redmen. Jacob Freitas alsoe scored. James Fazio had an assist, Graham Shank earned the win in net with four saves.

Lynn Tech 3, Greater Lowell 1

With the loss, Greater Lowell finished the regular season at 8-6-4 and will now await the state tournament. Senior Matt Barbosa scored the lone goal for the Gryphons on a penalty kick. Sam Francis, Nick Matta and Enrico Nuttoli played well for for GLT.

Greater Lowell 3, Greater Lawrence 0

The Gryphons beat Greater Lawrence Tech 3-0. Playing well were Cole Blades, Enrico Nuttoli, Lucas Barbosa, and Nick Matta. 


Dracut 4, Lowell 0

The Middies wrapped up the MVC championship with shutout win over Lowell.

Greater Lowell 2, Innovation Academy 1

Viviana Guerrero drilled a goal with 16 minutes left to give the Gryphons (7-8) the victory. Arianna Hernandez had the other goal for Greater Lowell, with an assist from Hali Frasca.

Field Hockey

Dracut 5, Haverhill 0

Junior forward Katelyn Dery had the hat trick to lead the Middies. Sophomore Kiley Wilson and senior Sarah Bennett also scored. Assists by Becca Maille, Mia Pashoian, Sam Havel, and Kiley Wilson. 

Dracut 3, Lawrence 0

The Middies celebrated Senior Night with a big win over Lawrence.
Seniors Samantha Havel, Jayden MacLeod, and Sarah Bennett all scored for Dracut. For Bennett and MacLeod, it was their first varsity goals.
Senior goalie Megan MacKay posted the shutout.

Dracut 97, Notre Dame 86

Dracut High notched its first victory in four years, by defeating NDA on Senior Night.

Dracut 3, Chelmsford 1

After splitting the fist two sets, Dracut pulled away from Chelmsford. Set scores were 26-24, 17-25, 25-22, 25-17.

Nadia Saari led the Middies with had 26 digs and four aces for Dracut. McKenzie Snowdon had a big game at the net with 18 kills and three blocks. Alycia O'Connell chipped in with 15 service points and 12 assists.

Haverhill 3, Dracut 0

Playing well in the loss for Dracut was Nadia Saari, with 24 digs. Yvonne Kimani had five kills and six blocks for the Middies.

Mystic Valley 3, Greater Lowell 2

Playing well for the Gryphons was Araceli Lopez, Iyana Lopez & Kailynne Senechiame. 

Dracut 3, Swampscott 2

Dracut squandered a two set lead, but bounced back for a 3-2 win over Swampscott. Set scores were 26-24, 26-24, 20-25, 22-25, 15-10.

McKenzie Snowdon led the Middies with 10 kills and three blocks. Sabrina Morse had seven  kills, 16 digs and six aces. Leila Ata chipped in with seven service points and seven digs.
