ANDOVER, MA – Emphasizing that "we need more leaders in D.C. who will fight for workers' rights," Teamsters Local 122 endorsed Dan Koh in the Third District congressional race. Local 122 represents close to 1000 workers in Massachusetts and is the twenty-sixth union endorsement that Koh has received, more than any other candidate.

“Right now, we need more leaders in D.C. who will fight for workers' rights and good-paying jobs," said John Murphy, Secretary-Treasurer of the Teamsters Local 122. "That's why we're supporting Dan's campaign. Dan's commitment to address the issues that affect working families is real and not political campaign rhetoric. His voice is needed in the House of Representatives, and we are proud to endorse his candidacy."

“Attacks on unions are attacks on working families all across this country,” said Koh. “We need to stand up and re-affirm our commitment to the organized labor movement. I’m honored to have Local 122's support, and I will work alongside their members in the fight for higher wages and better working conditions.”
