Kathleen A. (Mayott) Santry
Kathleen was born in Lowell on March 25, 1951, a daughter of the late Beryl K. (Bishop) and Joseph L. Mayott.
Kathleen worked in the Acton-Boxboro School System as a bus driver for 27 years and enjoyed being around kids.
In her free time she loved playing casino games and scratch tickets. She enjoyed her trips to Foxwoods and her martini’s. Kathleen will be remembered for always doing things “her way,” right up to the very end.
Kathleen is survived and will be deeply missed by children, Shelagh and her husband Michael Donahue of Norwell, and Peter Santry of Chelmsford; siblings, Diane Therrien of Pelham, NH, and Cheryl Robblee and her husband David of Chelmsford; grandson, Casey Donahue of Norwell; nieces, Dawn Johnson, Debra Therrien, Deidre and her husband Jim Harrington, and Sarah Robblee; great niece, Kelsea Giroux; great nephew, Jameson Harrington; great friends, Pauline Burnham, Chris Depasquale, Marilyn O’Coin, Penny Staniunas, Tony and Joy Fernandes and many friends from Makaha in Acton.
The family would like to give a special thanks to Kathleen’s nurse, Bridget and home health aid, Crystal from Circle Home, Inc.
ARRANGEMENTS: As per her wishes, no viewing or funeral service will be held. Instead, a celebration of her life will be held at the Fletcher Club, 11 Brookside Road, Westford, MA 01886 on FRIDAY, July 27th from 6 - 10 p.m. As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made in Kathleen’s name to the Circle Home Inc., 847 Rogers St., Suite 201, Lowell, MA 01852.
