Stress makes us frustrated, ineffective, unhappy and it can even cause injury. Learn how to improve the ways you currently cope with stress by utilizing self-hypnosis and various "natural" techniques, such as relaxation, breathing, affirming and visualizing.
In this two-part workshop, participants will learn stress management skills in part one and they will return to discuss if they used them and how they worked in part two.
Part-two will be held on June 26th
