Rose G. (Leva) Teixeira, a 63-year resident of Tewksbury, passed away at Sutton Hill Rehabilitation Center on June 8, 2018 after a short period of declining health.

Rose was just a few weeks short of her 97th birthday.

Rose was very dedicated to her family and was always able to ensure that all her grandchildren and great grandchildren received gifts on their birthdays, holidays and all special occasions.

She is survived and will be deeply missed by her three children and their spouses, George Teixeira and his wife MeeLing of Chaparral New Mexico, Elizabeth Stanton and her husband Stephen of Cambridge Massachusetts and Michael Teixeira and his wife Christine of Dracut Massachusetts. She is also survived by her grandchildren Melody Teixeira, April Teixeira, Nicholas Teixeira, Keith Stanton, Amie Teixeira, Kyle Teixeira and Ross Teixeira. Great grandchildren surviving Rose are Annie, O’Ceon, Luca, Kalvin, Callie, Michael, Decklan and Garrett.
