Author and Judge Michael Ponsor

MICHAEL PONSOR returns to The Parker!
Join us for this stimulating Author Event on May 14 at 6:30pm.

In 2013, the first of the Judge David Norcross legal thrillers was published.  In 2016, the second followed.  These unique novels are told from the point of view of a sitting federal court judge.  There is no doubt about the authenticity of these tales as they are based on Michael Ponsor's own experiences as a United States District Court Judge in the western region of Massachusetts.

The Hanging Judge, first in the series, offers an unprecedented inside view of a federal death penalty case.  The One-Eyed Judge, second in the series, covers the case of a respected academic arrested for possession of illicit material.  As with life, both novels have unexpected complications.

One of the best parts of an evening with this author is the Q&A!  Judge Ponsor is open to questions and discussion on many topics.
There will be a book signing following the program.  Limited quantities of books will be available for sale.
We will be meeting in the Old Library.
