However, new candidates have pulled papers and at least one new, contested election is taking shape.
Frederick Spicer Jr. has taken out nomination papers for a five-year term on the Dracut Housing Authority. He is challenging incumbent George Nangell, who had previously pulled papers.
Also throwing their hat in the ring is Peter Natsios, who has pulled papers for the position of Dracut Water District Moderator. As of Feb. 13, Natsios was the only candidate.
James Nolan has pulled papers, becoming the second potential candidate for the Library Board of Trustees.
No change at the top of the ballot, where Philippe Thibault and incumbent Joe DiRocco are the only candidates to pull papers for one three-year term on the Board of Selectmen. And Susan Koufogazos remains the only challenger to incumbents Daniel O'Connell and Joseph Wilkie for two three-year terms on the School Committee.
There is still more than a month for candidates to pull nomination papers and return them to the Town Clerk's office with the needed signatures.
Voters will go to the polls May 3.
