During the time of Queen Victoria, the giving of handmade valentines to loved ones was very popular. These handmade tokens of affection were made of paper and decorated with flowers, ribbon, doilies, glitter, lace, and other materials.
Rita Parisi provides the traditional materials as well as instruction, so that every participant can make their own Victorian-style valentine.
