Lowell, Massachusetts – The Lowell Humane Society is pleased to announce its 2017 Paws for Celebration Auction & Cocktail Party Fundraiser, taking place Friday, November 3rd, 2017 from 6:00PM to 9:30PM. This spectacular event, now in its 4th year, will take place at the UML Inn & Conference Center, located at 50 Warren Street in beautiful Downtown Lowell. The evening will feature an extensive silent auction and dynamic live auction, passed hors d’oeuvres, live music, games, raffles and a cash bar.
“The event provides a wonderful opportunity for local businesses and animal lovers to help The Humane Society in our critical fundraising efforts” said Crystal Arnott, Shelter Program Manager. “Whether through a corporate sponsorship, a donation of an item for our auction, or by attending and bidding on some of the wonderful auction items – it’s an event that can be supported in so many ways!”
Over 200 individuals and volunteers attended the 2016 Paws for Celebration event, which raised over $60,000. Through the support of generous sponsors and friends, The Lowell Humane Society hopes to raise $70,000 at this year’s event.
