Alice T. (Mandeville) Corcoran
DRACUT - Alice T. (Mandeville) Corcoran, age 88, passed away on Wednesday, Sept. 27, 2017 in Tewksbury after a long illness. She was the wife of the late Wilfred J. Corcoran.
She was born in Hartford, CT on Dec. 18, 1928, a daughter of the late Alfred and Anna (Tessier) Mandeville. Alice resided in Dracut for a brief period and was formerly a lifelong resident of the "Little Canada" section of Lowell where she was a parishioner of the former St. Jean Baptiste Parish.
Prior to her retirement, she was employed as a dietary aide at Heritage Nursing Home for several years. Earlier in her life, she worked at Hub Hoisery in Lowell. She enjoyed crocheting, making puzzles, playing cards and cribbage. Above all, she loved being with her family.
She is survived by two children, Shirley Ducharme and her husband, Richard, and Donald Corcoran, all of Dracut; a sister, Doris Montmarquet of Lowell; two grandchildren, Donald Ducharme and his wife, Sue, of Lowell and Gary Ducharme and his wife, Sherri, of Dracut; three great grandchildren, Ashleigh, Lauryn and Emily; also many nieces and nephews. She was a sister of the late Irene Mandeville.
