Town Hall Announces New Online Bill Pay Service

The Town of Dracut is excited to announce that we have partnered with Invoice Cloud, a web-based, electronic invoice presentment and payment company, which provides a faster, more convenient billing service to our customers.

Our new service offers a more flexible way to pay tax bills, excise and utility bills, including pay by phone. It is an easy service to use and allows residents to pay bills with either a bank account or credit/debit card. A service fee of 2.95% with a minimum of $1.95 will be applied to all debit and credit card payments. A service fee of $0.40 will be applied to all ACH/e-check payments.

No registration is required to view an online replica of paper bills or to pay a bill. This service also allows residents to pay anytime, anywhere using their computer, mobile device or by text and phone, schedule payments for the same day or a future date, as well as enroll in our Auto-Pay, with the option to receive reminder emails as well as confirmation emails after a payment has been made.
