Dracut Woman Accused Of Driving Drunk With A Baby In Her Car

A Dracut woman in trouble with New Hampshire law enforcement, after allegedly driving under the influence of drugs two days in a row, including once with her baby in the car.
According to an article published in the Union-Leader of Manchester, Sharon Estevao, 36,of Dracut, was arrested around 6 p.m. on Aug. 12 by Exeter Police and charged with DWI-drugs.
She was released to a person described as "a sober party" after posting a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.
But that wasn't the end of Estevao's trouble with the law.
According to the report, on Aug. 13, at around 9 p.m., she was pulled over by Plaistow Police on Route 125, after dispatch had received a report of an erratic driver.
,According to police, an officer followed Estevao for a short period and witnessed her weaving. He pulled her over and found Estavao's 4-month old daughter was also in the car. Estavao was charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated (because her child was in the car), and endangering the welfare of a child. 
This time, she was released after posting a $2,000 personal recognizance bond. She is due to appear in Plaistow Circuit Court on Aug. 25.
According to the article, Estevao is also the victim in a domestic assault case involving her boyfriend,  Jeremy Stephenson, 34, of Dracut.
Stephenson is facing charges of simple assault and simple domestic assault for an incident that allegedly took place with Estavao in a truck in Kingston earlier in the afternoon on Aug. 13.
After his arrest, Stephenson was released on $2,500 personal recognizance bond.
