David A. Farmer
David was born in Worcester, MA on November 26, 1941, a son of the late Virginia M. (Andrews) and Albert W. Farmer. He was a graduate of Shrewsbury High School, Clark University (BS) Assumption College (MA). During the Vietnam War, David served his country proudly as part of the US Army until being honorably discharged.
David was a proud stamp enthusiast and a member of the Chelmsford Stamp Club. He was also an avid reader, history buff and Time magazine collector. His greatest moments however, were spent with his family whom he loved dearly.
Along with his wife Pauline, David is survived by his four stepchildren: Paula Crowley-Park and her husband Andrew of Dracut, Edward Crowley and his wife Lauren of Sandown, NH, Linda Morrison of Windham, NH and James Lamarche of North Andover, MA; two brothers, Gerald Farmer and his wife Nancy of GA and Bradley Farmer and his wife Nancy of Worcester; 1 niece, 9 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren with one on the way; as well as his beloved dog Haley.
ARRANGEMENTS: Relatives and friends are invited to pay their respects from 9 - 10:30 a.m. on MONDAY, August 7th at the DRACUT FUNERAL HOME 2159 Lakeview Ave., DRACUT, with a funeral prayer service to directly follow calling hours. Internment in St. Mary’s Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made in David's name to American Parkinson's Disease Association 72 E Concord St., Boston, MA 02118 or to the Lewy Body Dementia Association, 912 Killian Hill Road S.W., Lilburn, GA 30047.
