Police Log: Thefts, Motor Vehicle Violations Among Recent Arrests

Recent Arrests:
  • Jacqueline Consaul, 33, 11 Myrtle St. Apt. 2R, Lowell, was arrested on May 30 by Officer Derek Scribner and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, refusal to identify himself to a police officer and an inspection sticker violation.
  • James M. Enos, 39, 86 Corbett St., Lowell, was arrested on May 31 by Officer Alexander Gorman. The nature of the alleged crime was redacted due to privacy concerns.
  • Nathian Lucien Ralls, 33, 54 Autumn Road, Dracut, was arrested on June 1 by Officer Mohamdau Jaiteh. The nature of the alleged crime was redacted due to privacy concerns.
  • William S. Mariott, III, 52, 140 Gerrish Ave., Dracut, was arrested on June 3 by Officer John Cotnoir. The alleged crime was not listed in the public log.
  • Jerry J. Bilodeau, 36, 87 Gates St., Lowell, was arrested on June 4 by Officer Zachariah Coleman and charged with shoplifting by asportation with a value over $100.
  • Charles M. Smith, 37, 18 Regency Drive, Dracut, was arrested on June 4 by Officer John Cotnoir. The alleged crime was not listed on the public log.
  • Robert Tejada, 23, 34 Tyngsboro Road, Apt. 1, Dracut, was arrested on June 5 by Officer Kyle Donahue and charged with possessing counterfeit currency. Tejada was also charged with a second crime that was redacted out of privacy concerns.
  • Zachary M. Grailich, 31, 153 Parker Road, Dracut, was arrested June 5 at his home by Officer Jake Malandrino. The alleged crime was not listed in the public log.
