Joan E. (Sheehan) Fadden
Born in Lowell on March 6, 1932, she was a daughter of the late John P. and Esther (Hanley) Sheehan. Joan was a graduate of Lowell High School and in her younger years, she worked as a Seamstress. She devoted her life to raising and caring for her family.
In her spare time, Joan enjoyed knitting and crocheting, especially stockings for her family. She also liked traveling, particularly to Las Vegas, and watching the Red Sox and Patriots. Above all, her most cherished time was spent making memories with her family.
She is survived and will be deeply missed by her seven children, Thomas H. Fadden and his wife Robin of Townsend, John P. Fadden of Dracut, Mary-Jo Cole of Tampa, FL, Nancy A. Fadden, Daniel Fadden and his wife Cathy, Paul Scott, and Karen Witts and her husband John, all of Dracut; twelve grandchildren, and nine great grandchildren, as well as several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Joan was predeceased by her seven siblings.
ARRANGEMENTS: Family and friends are invited to pay their respects on FRIDAY, May 26th from 8 to 9 a.m. at the DRACUT FUNERAL HOME, 2159 Lakeview Ave., Dracut. Her Funeral Mass will take place directly following calling hours at 9:30 a.m. in St. Patrick's Church, Pelham. Burial will be held in Gibson Cemetery, Pelham.
