This month, we introduce you to our Office Manager, Carole Hamilton.
Carole has been a member of the Parker Library Staff since 2005. She came here after working at Dracut High School as a Library Assistant for five years where she fell in love with working will teens.
When Carole first came to the Parker Library she worked as a part-time Young Adult Library Assistant, working in that position until 2013. In January of 2013 she moved full-time into administration as the Office Manager, working with the newly hired Director Nanci Milone Hill.
Carole loves working in the library and could think of no better place to spend her working day. She loves helping patrons and feels that serving the community is where she belongs. Whether she's assisting at the reference desk or stops to help a person who asks if she can find a particular book, she is always happy to help. She has many fond memories of working at the library for the past eleven years and looks forward to many more.
Carole enjoys sewing, the beach and spending time with her children and grandchildren.
