On Thursday March 9, 2017 Dracut High School DECA students traveled to the annual Massachusetts statewide DECA competition. More than 2,000 students attended the annual event, held this year at the Boston Copley Marriot Hotel.

For three days and three nights students competed in a series of activities and competitions designed to assess and improve students’ abilities in a wide range of business-related fields.

At the conclusion of the competition, DECA Advisor Mr. Mone stated, “Our students performed exceptionally well diagnosing current business problems then presenting their solution(s) to judges who are experts in their fields all within 15 - 30 minutes.”
