GLT's Zach Hamilton placed third and Anthony Bilotus placed seventh at the All-State Wrestling Tournament.
Teammate Anthony Bilatus, runner-up in the D-2 State Tournament at 160-pounds, went 2-2 at All-States to place 7th.
Dracut High's Anthony Desmarais placed 6th at 195 pounds.
Hamilton, coming off a second place showing at the D-2 States, opened with a strong 12-6 win over Dylan Obrien of Framingham. Up next was D-3 champ Quintin Holland of Danvers and the two put on an epic battle, with Hamilton coming out on the short end of a heartbreaking 7-6 decision.
But Hamilton wasn't done, not by a longshot. He rolled through the consolation bracket, with wins over Dohnovin Harvey of Springfield Central (5-0 dec.), Devin Pelletier of Mount Greylock (3-2 dec.) to move into the third place match against Division 1 champion Joe Vecchione of Chelmsford. Hamilton wrestled a brilliant match and pulled off a 6-3 upset decision.
Desmarais, who had placed third in the D-2 States, opened All-States with a 6-2 loss to Andrew Marshall of Lincoln-Sudbury. But he rallied back in the consolation bracket with wins over Alex Childs of Nashoba Regional (6-1 dec.), Spencer Kozlack of Agawam (1-0 dec.) and Jordan Correia of Josiah Quincy (10-8 dec.) before falling to Division 1 runner-up Travis Manick of Methuen, by first round pinfall.
