Obituary: Gertrude T. (Dunn) Clark, 85

Pelham, NH - Gertrude T. (Dunn) Clark, 85, died peacefully on Saturday, February 11th, at the Community Hospice House in Merrimack, New Hampshire. She was the beloved wife of Everett C. Clark with whom she spent 61 years of marriage.

Born in Dracut on June 20, 1931, Gertrude was a daughter to the late Martin and Mary Dunn. She started her career with Gambit Shoe Company in Lowell where she worked for many years. She later went on to work an an Assembler for Raytheon for over 20 years until her retirement.

Gertrude was an avid traveler who visited all 50 states throughout her lifetime, journeying by both motorcycle and camper. She had a second home in Rio Rico, Arizona and also loved knitting in her spare time.

Along with her husband, Everett, Gertrude is survived and will be dearly missed by her daughter, Kellie James and her husband John of Dracut; grandchildren, Christine Guile, Shawn McCarthy, Krystle Donahue, and Ashley and Jeffrey James; 12 great-grandchildren; as well as many nieces, nephews, and friends.

She was predeceased by her daughter, Donna McCarthy who passed in 2010, and her 10 siblings.
