DRACUT - Robert J. Morgan, 69, a resident of Dracut, died Friday, February 3, 2017, at the Tufts Medical Center in Boston. He was the beloved husband and best friend of Karen E. (Lamontagne) Morgan with whom he shared 21 years of marriage.

Born in Lowell on December 17, 1947, he was the son of the late Ludger and Claire (Bellerose) Morgan.

Mr. Morgan was a graduate of St. Joseph High School, Class of 1965.
Bob was an Air Force Veteran of the Vietnam War Serving from 1967 until his Honorable Discharge in 1971.

He worked for 25 years at B & L Auto Parts in Lowell but was currently employed by Allen Medical in Acton.

He was a communicant of St. Rita Church.

He enjoyed watching the Patriots, NASCAR racing and antique cars, but most important to Bob was spending time with his family and his dog Jake.

Bob was the best husband and father.  He was a kind, generous and giving man who would help anyone who asked. He will be sorely missed by all who knew him.

The family would like to thank the wonderful nurses and doctors at Tufts MICU and also Dr. Anamur of  Lowell General Hospital Cancer Center for their care and compassion during this difficult time.
