Dracut Man Charged After Allegedly Causing Crash In NH

A Dracut man is facing multiple motor vehicle charges after allegedly causing a two-car crash in Nashua, NH Friday morning.
According to a press release issued by the Nashua Police Department, Scott Bourque, 25, was arrested and charged with with aggravated driving while intoxicated and driving after revocation or suspension of a license.
According to the NPD, Bourque was involved in a two-car crash on Allds Street in Nashua, just before 8 a.m. Both Bourque and the driver of the other vehicle sustained injuries that were considered serious but not life threatening. Both were taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.
Further investigation by the NPD resulted in a determination that Bourque was at fault for the accident and had been drunk behind the wheel at the time
Bourque was released after posting $10,000 cash bond. He is due back in court on Feb. 6.
