A 49-year-old Dracut man, already on probation, has run afoul of the law again.

Kurt David Sanborn was arraigned Tuesday in Framingham District Court, charged with waging a campaign of harassment against his former girlfriend.

According to court records, Sanborn allegedly distributed fliers on the windshields of cars, claiming the woman was an alcoholic and was promiscuous. The victim in the case is identified only as an employee of the Wayland School District and the fliers were allegedly distributed in the parking lot of her place of work.

Sanborn was charged with criminal harassment and bail was set at $2,500 cash. He was also ordered not to have any contact with the alleged victim.

Sanborn is presently on probation after being found guilty of mortgage fraud.

Sanborn is due back in court Dec. 22 for a pre-trial conference.
