Albert P. Bourgeois obituary
He was born in Salem, Ma on May 9, 1919, son of the late Ovilia & Marie Bourgeois. Albert was a longtime resident of Dracut and a communicant of Ste. Marguerite d'Youville Parish where he was an active member of their Men’s Club.
He was a member of Sheet Metal Workers Local #17 in Boston, MA. Albert was also employed by the Town of Dracut, MA, as an inspector of the installation of town wastewater systems.
He is survived by his children, Normand A. Bourgeois and his wife, Eleanor, of Sebastian, FL; Carmen B. Dayton and her husband, Donald, of Puyallup, WA; Albert M. Bourgeois and his wife, Suzanne, of Dracut, MA; Robert J. Bourgeois, Sr & his wife, Barbara, of Micco, FL; Priscilla J. Tant and her husband, Gene, of Martinez, GA; as well as the late Richard R. Bourgeois and his late wife, Charlotte, of Dracut, MA. Albert’s family included several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grand children, and several nieces & nephews.
His siblings included a sister, the late Cecil Moisan, three brothers-- the late Ovilia Jr., Raymond, and Emile Bourgeois.
ARRANGEMENTS: Visitation will take place on Sunday, Nov. 13 from 2 to 5pm at the M. R. LAURIN & SON FUNERAL HOME, 295 Pawtucket St, Lowell. His Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday morning at 10 o'clock at Ste. Marguerite d'Youville Church, Dracut. Interment in Richardson Cemetery, Dracut.
