District Attorney Marian Ryan Announces Grand Jury Indictments

These indictments were handed down between August 31 and September 22, 2016. Defendants are listed by towns where alleged offenses occurred. Individuals without hometowns do not have a last known address available. These charged are allegations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Cambridge
Ashley Amaral, 24, of Worcester, was charged with larceny over $250 and conspiracy. The Assistant District Attorney is Kristen Noto.
Paul Amaral, 54, of Middleborough, was charged with larceny over $250, false entry into corporate books, and conspiracy. The Assistant District Attorney is Kristen Noto.
Alex Colon, 45, of Cambridge, was charged with assault with intent to rape a child, indecent assault and battery on a child under the age of 14, enticement of a child, and kidnapping. The Assistant District Attorney is Kate Cimini.
Dracut
DaVanni Curran, 22, of Lowell, was charged with murder, possession of a loaded firearm, discharging a firearm, and possession of a firearm without a license. The Assistant District Attorney is Kate Kleimola.
Everett
Darnell Booth, 35, of Boston, was charged with rape and indecent assault and battery on a person over the age of 14. The Assistant District Attorney is Carrie Spiros.
Salvador Rodriguez, 63, of Everett, was charged with witness intimidation. The Assistant District Attorney is Regina Krumholz.
Michael Smith, 26, of Everett, was charged with trafficking fentanyl, possession with intent to distribute oxycodone, carrying a firearm without a license, possession of a firearm in the commission of a felony, and possession of ammunition without a license. The Assistant District Attorney is Christine Maltby.
Steven Touch, 27, of Lynn, was charged with possession of a large capacity firearm, possession of firearm without a license, possession of a large capacity feeding device,  carrying a loaded firearm, and defacing a serial number on a firearm. The Assistant District Attorney is Craig Estes.
Cristian Villa-Marte, 32, of Lawrence, was charged with larceny over $250 (3 counts), improper receipt of credit cards, violation of an electronic funds transfer, conspiracy, attempting to commit larceny, and being a common and notorious thief. The Assistant District Attorney is Graham Van Epps.
Lowell
Armond Andrews, 49, of Lowell, was charged with distribution of a Class B substance (3 counts), subsequent offense. The Assistant District Attorney is Julie Kunkel.
Marquis Beauchesne, 26, of Lowell, was charged with armed assault with intent to murder, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon causing serious bodily injury, assault and battery on a household or family member, assault and battery, and operating a motor vehicle to endanger. The Assistant District Attorney is Lisa Fuccione.
Allan Crevecoeur, 31, of Lowell, was charged with failure to register as a sex offender, subsequent offense. The Assistant District Attorney is Jason Chandler.
Christopher Dubey, 28, of Lowell, was charged with kidnapping, armed robbery, carjacking, and witness intimidation. The Assistant District Attorney is Daniel Harren.
John Dubey, 39, of Lowell, was charged with kidnapping, armed robbery, and carjacking. The Assistant District Attorney is Daniel Harren.
Shady Ewiss, 19, of Lowell, was charged with aggravated rape, kidnapping with a weapon and sexual assault, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon causing serious bodily injury, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, armed robbery, and leaving the scene of property damage. The Assistant District Attorney is Clarence Brown.
Milton Fernandez, 31, was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (2 counts), assault and battery on a family or household member (3 counts), stalking, witness intimidation, and malicious damage of a motor vehicle. The Assistant District Attorney is Suzanne Kontz.
Jonathan Gonzalez, 32, of Lowell, was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, kidnapping, assault and battery on a family or household member (2 counts), stalking, and witness intimidation (3 counts), and violating a restraining order. The Assistant District Attorney is Emily Jackson.
Daniel Hebert, 30, of Lowell, was charged with kidnapping, armed robbery, and carjacking. The Assistant District Attorney is Daniel Harren.
Francisco Marrero, 20, of Lowell, was charged with discharging a firearm within 500 feet of a building, possession of a loaded firearm, and possession of a firearm without a license. The Assistant District Attorney is Lisa Fuccione.
Andrew Melendez, 29, of Kittery, Maine, was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon causing serious bodily injury and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. The Assistant District Attorney is Daniel Harren.
Mayson Ortiz, 24, of Lowell, was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon causing serious bodily injury, assault and battery, and larceny from a person over the age of 65. The Assistant District Attorney is Clarence Brown.
Roberto Ramos, 37, of Lowell, was charged assault and battery with a dangerous weapon causing serious bodily injury. The Assistant District Attorney is Clarence Brown.
Charles Seymour, 24, of Nashua, New Hampshire, was charged with contempt. The Assistant District Attorney is Daniel Harren.
Liliana Silva, 35, of Lowell, was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon causing serious bodily injury. The Assistant District Attorney is Clarence Brown.
Jovan Siri, 23, of Lowell, was charged with possession with intent to distribute a Class A substance (2 counts), subsequent offense, possession with intent to distribute a Class B substance (2 counts), subsequent offense, and possession with intent to distribute a Class D substance, subsequent offense. The Assistant District Attorney is Suzanne Kontz.
Dontay Whitney, 19, of Lowell, was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (2 counts), assault with a dangerous weapon, home invasion (2 counts), breaking and entering in the daytime to commit a felony, assault and battery on a public employee (2 counts), attempt to commit a crime, resisting arrest, and larceny over $250. The Assistant District Attorney is Clarence Brown.
Marlborough
Andrew Josefek, 40, of Framingham, was charged with possession of an incendiary device (4 counts).The Assistant District Attorney is Kristen Noto.
Kelly Walker, 36, of Framingham, was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon, possession of a destructive device, assault and battery, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, possession of a large capacity firearm, and possession of a firearm without a license. The Assistant District Attorney is Kristen Noto.
Medford
Michael Matthews, 26, of Malden, was charged with masked armed robbery, assault with a dangerous weapon, and assault and battery. The Assistant District Attorney is Radu Brestyan.
Vasilios Vintos, 25, of Medford, was charged with unarmed robbery. The Assistant District Attorney is Radu Brestyan.
Weekenson Louis, 33, of Boston, was charged with possession with intent to distribute a Class B substance, subsequent offense, and distribution of a Class B substance, subsequent offense. The Assistant District Attorney is Mary F.P. O’Neill.
Melrose
James Foley, 39, of Melrose, was charged with larceny over $250 from a person over the age of 60 and attempting to commit a crime (2 counts). The Assistant District Attorney is Doug Nagengast.
Zachary Haselton, 30, of Holden, was charged with rape (3 counts), indecent assault and battery on a person over the age of 14 (3 counts), photographing an unsuspecting nude person (29 counts), and violating a restraining order (2 counts). The Assistant District Attorney is Carrie Spiros.
Newton
Bradford Casler, 55, of Newton, was charged with motor vehicle homicide (2 counts) and operating a motor vehicle to endanger. The Assistant District Attorneys are Chris Tarrant and Melissa Baima.
Somerville
Derrick Burrus, 52, of Boston, was charged with larceny over $250, conspiracy, and being a habitual criminal. The Assistant District Attorney is Julie Kunkel.
Terrance Morrison, 22, of Cambridge, was charged with receiving a stolen motor vehicle (5 counts), larceny of a motor vehicle, breaking and entering a motor vehicle in the nighttime to commit a felony, assault and battery on a police officer (2 counts), resisting arrest, receiving under $250 in stolen property, and being a common receiver of stolen property. The Assistant District Attorney is Christine Maltby.
Eric Neal, 50, of Malden, was charged with larceny over $250, conspiracy, and being a habitual criminal. The Assistant District Attorney is Julie Kunkel.
Juan Parra, 26, of Revere, was charged with trafficking over 36 grams of cocaine, distribution of a Class B substance, and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. The Assistant District Attorney is Julie Kunkel.
Stoneham
Patrick Riccardi-O’Connor, 23, of Stoneham, was charged with manslaughter, discharging a firearm within 500 feet of a building, and possession of a firearm while intoxicated. The Assistant District Attorney is Beth Dunigan.
Townsend
Christopher Polakowski, 34, of Townsend, was charged with assault with intent to murder a person over the age of 60, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon on a person over the age of 60, and assault and battery on a person over the age of 60 causing serious bodily injury. The Assistant District Attorney is Justine Bavaro. 
Wakefield
Alissa Piazza, 22, of Boxford, was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon, masked armed robbery, and possession of a rifle without a license. The Assistant District Attorney is Jessica Noble.
Waltham
Mark Cioffi, 49, of Waltham, was charged with assault and battery on a person over the age of 60, threatening to commit a crime, and witness intimidation. The Assistant District Attorney is Heidi Gosule.
Emmanuel Louis, 36, of Haiti, was charged with armed assault with intent to murder, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon causing serious bodily injury, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon on a person over the age of 60, strangulation, and armed assault in a dwelling. The Assistant District Attorney is Carrie Spiros.
Wilmington
Joseph Stack, 55, of Londonderry, New Hampshire, was charged with larceny over $250 (6 counts) and false entry into corporate books. The Assistant District Attorney is Doug Cannon.
Woburn
Daniel Gillenwater, 46, of Boston, was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (2 counts), assault with a dangerous weapon (2 counts), assault and battery (2 counts), and wanton destruction of property over $250. The Assistant District Attorney is Mary F.P. O’Neill.
James Lyons, 36, of Woburn, was charged with armed assault with intent to murder and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon causing serious bodily injury. The Assistant District Attorney is Jessica Noble.
