TYNGSBORO, MA -- Justin Peter Dietz, 26, of Tyngsboro, died in a tragic motorcycle accident on Wednesday, October 12th in Dracut.
Born in Lowell on May 9, 1990. Justin was the son of Peter and Patricia (Hourihan) Dietz. He graduated from Dracut High school in 2008 and attended a year at Franklin Pierce University in New Hampshire. He worked as a Glass Technician with SafeLite Auto Glass for 2 years.
Justin excelled on the Dracut baseball and football teams. He also played for Lowell's American Legion baseball team where he pitched. He was currently playing in many softball leagues including Joker's in Dracut, Lowell and Nashua as well as numerous tournaments, including the annual Justin Brace ALS tournament which he loved and where he made so many friends over the years.
Justin enjoyed spending time with friends on the field and friends riding his motorcycle. He Loved spending time with his beloved son, Mason.
Justin was a big-hearted hardworking person with a great sense of humor. Always had a smile always joking. Justin genuinely cared about those around him and was always ready to lend a helping hand.
We are forever proud to call him our son, father, grandson, nephew, cousin and of course - friend.
Along with his loving parents, Justin is survived and will be deeply missed by his son, Mason Dietz and Mason's mom, Cassie Gadbois of North Andover; his maternal grandparents, John and Barbara Hourihan of Medford; aunts, Carole Mueller and her husband, Charlie Mueller of Dracut, Karen Cornacchia and her husband, Rick of Nashua, NH, Debra Buker and her husband, Keith of Georgia, and Karen Dietz of Scotland; cousins, Matthew, Randy, Candice, Keith Taylor, Emma, Cole, Adan, Ashleey, Kaylee Landon, Robyn and Gracie; as well as many other family members and friends.
He was predeceased by his paternal grandparents, Eugenia Dietz and Peter Dietz.
DIETZ -- Family and friends are invited to pay their respects on TUESDAY, October 18, 2016 from 4 to 8 p.m. at the DRACUT FUNERAL HOME, 2159 Lakeview Avenue, Dracut. Burial will take place at the convenience of the family.
