Patriot Ambulance owners Moe Ryan and Dave Walton posted an open letter to Dracut residents on the Facebook account of Dracut Incidents.
Here is the complete text of that letter:
To the Citizens of Dracut,
We are proud to have been your emergency ambulance provider
for the last 18 years, it has been our honor to serve you. While we are disappointed in the recent decision, we are working with the new provider to ensure a seamless transition to make sure that citizens of Dracut are not affected during the changeover to the new ambulance provider.
Our staff, many of whom live in your community, are our biggest asset and share our disappointment as they have enjoyed serving their fellow citizens for all of these years. However, we are proud to say each of them have accepted positions elsewhere within Patriot and committed to serving the community again in the future should the need arise. As Patriot enters its 38th year of providing emergency medical services, we remain committed as ever to our mission of caring for those in need.
Patriot would like to acknowledge the professionals at the Dracut Fire and Police Departments that we have had the pleasure of working with over the last 18 years. These men and woman represent the finest in public safety and are dedicated to the citizens of Dracut.
It is our hope to serve you again one day.
Moe Ryan & Dave Walton
