Born in Welland, Ont., Canada on March 28, 1963, he was a son of Jeannine (Doucette) Faucher of Lowell, and the late Joseph Faucher. Upon graduating from Greater Lowell Vocational School in 1981, he worked as an EMT for both American Medical Transport and Frontline.
